If your vehicle's interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mold, vomit, or blood, additional charges will apply. If any of these conditions apply to your vehicle, please inform us first and send through images so we can provide you with a rough estimate. If not, prices will be negotiated on the day before any work commences. Upon every booking, you will be asked to read and agree to all of our terms and conditions; by doing so, you are agreeing to our business terms. Bookings affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable.

We require photos of the vehicle’s interior and exterior to assist us with an accurate estimate for the time that it will take us. This is due to some vehicles may take more than one appointment. We also use the pictures for before and after photos for our website. 

Please note we don’t take photos of personal items or vehicle registration plates.

We also take photos for our Website to present our work to others.

From time to time, we may have to amend a booking either due to weather conditions or other concerns we will try to accommodate you in the best way possible to rearrange your booking request.

By booking through our online booking system doesnt guarantee a slot until communications have been made. 

To fully guarantee a slot a fully refundable deposit would be required.

Were happy to clean them but if a child seat is installed we will not remove them or reinstall them, we will clean around them.

Please remove all personal items from the vehicle, we take no responsibility for personal items left inside the vehicle.

Sometimes we may have to run over a couple of days due to the time it takes depending on the vehicle and the work that is required. Please allow extra time 

We will not work in car parks, busy roadsides we will be focusing on your vehicle and not the surroundings. 

We are fully insured to work on your vehicle insurance policy available on request .

We will not carry out any work that goes beyond our insurance policy.

Vehicle movements - If we need the vehicle moved for any reason we will request the owner to do this for us.

Vehicle keys- if your keys are handed to us at the time of the service we will keep your keys in a safe place within our vehicle.

Vehicle compartments- if there are personal belongings in compartments eg glove box, we will not clean within these areas this includes boot spaces with items left inside.
